Job description

Sweet Security is looking for a Marketing Designer to build and own the visual identity of one of cybersecurity’s most innovative startups. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing compelling assets across digital, print, events, and web, bringing our brand to life across every touchpoint. As the sole designer on the team, you’ll work independently and collaboratively to support product launches, campaigns, sales efforts, and brand development. Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer or Graphic Designer in a cybersecurity startups environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing and digital design projects.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma(bonus if you’re motion design-savvy!.
  • Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of web design principles and familiarity with web platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback constructively.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for great design.
  • Proactive and visionary, with the ability to independently take ownership, set direction, and develop both their own ideas and those of others.

Job responsibilities

  • Build, lead and own Sweet’s visual brand. 
  • Design and create engaging marketing materials across various platforms, including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and email campaigns.
  • Work on web design projects, including landing pages and other digital assets, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Create compelling visuals for product launches, campaigns, and events to support the company’s growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product and sales team to develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative assets fresh and innovative.

Advantages

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and basic prototyping.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
