Sweet Security is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead our global product marketing strategy and drive the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution of our cloud security platform. In this senior role, you’ll shape how Sweet Security tells its story to the world , translating deep technical innovation into clear, differentiated value that resonates with our customers and the market.

As the leader of the Product Marketing function, you’ll manage a growing team, partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, and play a central role in defining how we compete, launch, and scale. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong storytelling skills, technical depth, and a passion for cybersecurity, this is an opportunity to make a major impact at one of the fastest-growing startups in the space.

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven success building and scaling product marketing functions within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, security domains, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical depth into customer value.
  • Experience leading go-to-market planning and cross-functional execution for complex products.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to drive strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision and go-to-market objectives.
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and differentiation across the Sweet Security portfolio.
  • Partner with Product leadership to shape the roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Oversee product launches, ensuring cohesive and impactful go-to-market execution.
  • Build and mentor a team of product marketers, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to develop enablement programs and content that drive pipeline and retention.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis to refine positioning and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Brand, and Field Marketing teams to ensure consistency across campaigns and storytelling.
  • Represent Sweet Security externally through webinars, industry events, and thought leadership.
