Job description

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing programs that drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and build awareness across key GTM territories. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves owning end-to-end campaigns, and knows how to work closely with sales.

In this role, you will also own and manage the field marketing budget, and play a key role in deciding which events to participate in and who from the company should attend. Your judgment will directly influence our go-to-market presence and field impact.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, in cybersecurity
  • Proven track record running field campaigns that drove pipeline
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for local nuance and execution
  • US timezone required

Job responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize field programs (events, webinars, ABM, executive dinners)
  • Partner closely with sales teams to support pipeline goals and account engagement
  • Localize GTM programs per region (messaging, audience, tactics)
  • Manage vendors, event logistics, and follow-up processes
  • Own post-campaign analysis and ROI tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, SDRs, and Digital Marketing
  • Track and analyze field program performance, optimize based on results
