Job description

Sweet Security is looking for a Head of Brand to define and elevate how we show up in the market. In this role, you’ll own our brand strategy and creative direction, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. You’ll translate market opportunities into integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for our cloud security solutions.

As the key connector between demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing, you’ll blend strategic insight with creative leadership to shape our story, amplify our voice, and strengthen our brand.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, demand generation, or campaign strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling brand presence in competitive markets, with strong campaign execution skills.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and the lead lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Strategic thinker with creative sensibility and excellent execution skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product.
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term demand generation goals.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the development and evolution of Sweet Security’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that align with brand strategy and drive measurable growth.
  • Partner closely with product marketing and sales to define messaging, offers, and audiences.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Define campaign and brand objectives, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, tracking performance against business goals.
  • Direct creative development, working closely with design and content teams to produce compelling assets that reflect brand identity.
  • Consider GTM strategies, ICP, and buyer personas to inform creative, competitive initiatives that differentiate Sweet Security.
