Sweet Security is looking for a Head of Channel Partnerships to lead and scale our global partner strategy. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of building high-impact relationships with strategic partners, driving joint opportunities, accelerating revenue, and expanding market presence.If you're passionate about cybersecurity, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to turn partnerships into measurable business growth, this is your chance to make a real impact at one of the most promising startups in cloud security.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, in cybersecurity, cloud security or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners to maximize their success.
  • Track and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Compensation Disclosure

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A base salary range of $130,000 – $160,000, depending on experience and location
