Sweet Security is looking for a Head of Channel Partnerships to lead and scale our global partner strategy. Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, in cybersecurity, cloud security or SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the company’s market reach.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners to maximize their success.
- Track and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary range of $130,000 – $160,000, depending on experience and location
