Sweet Security is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing go-to-market team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in generating pipeline by identifying and engaging with prospective customers. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and schedule high-quality meetings. Job requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a sales development or similar role.
- Experience in a B2B company and the cybersecurity domain.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information about leads and prospects.
- Work closely with the marketing, product and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and prospect engagement.
